for their children, Manny and Patty Ann moved to Vacaville in 1986,
where their children attended and graduated from local public
schools.

business needs of small emerging business owners. In 1990 Manny
along with Alex Alarcon and Bob Michaels started, Alarcon, Cosme &
Michaels in Vacaville. In 1995, Paul Tamburello joined the firm and
they changed the business name to PayRoll Partners. Manny’s clients
were small emerging businesses from throughout the Bay Area, Solano,
Yolo and Sacramento counties.
Over the years, because of his involvement with small business
issues, Manny became involved in advocating for a positive business
environment in California. In 2007, Manny transferred his business
interest and became a minority principal of Professional Small
Business Services, Inc., to devote full-time to advocate for a more
positive small-business climate in California.
